Acceptance of Terms
By using the ManageMySpend.com website and the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use, and agree to be bound by all applicable laws and regulations, including these Terms of Use.

Description of Service
ManageMySpend.com provides users with a platform to submit invoices for review and approval. Our Service reviews submitted invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with your billing guidelines and/or engagement letters. ManageMySpend.com does not provide financial, accounting, or legal advice, and users should not rely solely on our approval for final business decisions.

Subscriptions & Payments
You will be billed in advance on a recurring and monthly basis (“Billing Cycle”).  At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it.  Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

You authorize Company to charge your credit/debit card for all fees payable for each Billing Cycle and for any renewal, including a 3% transaction fee (where eligible) for each credit card payment and any actual fees charged by the such vendors. Customer further authorizes Company to use a third party to process payments and consents to the disclosure of Customer’s payment information to such third party.

User Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting invoices for review.
• You confirm that any invoices submitted are legitimate and accurate representations of goods or services provided or received.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all invoice information complies with any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all invoices are appropriately approved and paid.

 

Limitations of Service

• No Guarantee of Approval: Approval of an invoice by ManageMySpend.com does not imply financial, accounting, or legal validation. Users should perform their own due diligence on all approved invoices.
• Limited Scope of Review: Our review is limited to the accuracy and completeness of the invoice and its compliance with standard business practices. We do not validate the authenticity of business relationships or the legitimacy of services provided.
• Non-Liability for Errors: While we strive for accuracy, ManageMySpend.com cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from reliance on our review and approval service.

 

Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website. Users are prohibited from:

• Submitting false or misleading information.
• Using the Service to defraud or deceive others.
• Using the Service to host data for individuals residing outside of the United States.
• Using any bots or scripts to interact with the service or ManageMySpend website.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the website for its intended purposes only. You authorize Company’s use of your data to provide and maintain the Service. Provided that it has been aggregated with other data and anonymized such that neither you nor any individual can be identified as the source of the data to external third parties, Company may use your data for product improvement, analysis, benchmarking, and similar purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties
ManageMySpend.com is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we guarantee any particular results from use of our Service. ManageMySpend.com disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
